What is Fetch Find? 

The Fetch Find program is a key component of the continued education and professional development of our entire team and a great benefit for our pet parents! This program helps to ensure that each staff member receives the same high standard of training. You can rest assured that your pet receives the same standard of care and attention every visit, and that you’ll be returning home to a happy pup.

What Does it Teach?

FetchFind curriculum focuses on topics and tools relating to pet behavior, pet health and safety, customer service, and other professional skills needed for working with animals. The curriculum is science-based and crafted by industry experts with decades of experience with pet care and training. Through FetchFind, our employees learn to assess and react to a multitude of scenarios that may arise while caring for your pet. This is important because an untrained person may not know how to recognize and react to pet behavior and communication. That’s why we recommend choosing a professional for your dog or cat’s care. 

How We Train

The FetchFind program is only part of our commitment to providing extensive training for every dog walker and pet sitter. Our new employee training also includes a Pet First Aid and CPR certification, and two weeks of hands-on training and education. By investing in ongoing education, we are confident that our staff are some of the best professional dog walkers and pet sitters in Atlanta.
